  • Aligning WHS activities across all AITC schools by collaborating effectively with young people, facilities, and school campus leaders
  • Acting as Rehabilitation and Return to Work Advisor, liaising with Workers’ Compensation Insurance, medical professionals and the broader People team to effectively resolve claims and facilitate timely return to pre-incident duties wherever possible
  • Ensuring staff are inducted and trained to ensure they are compliant with company and campus WHS policies and procedures
  • Regularly meeting and communicating with key stakeholders, including regular briefings with the CEO/Executive Principal

Our values play a critical role in cultivating culture. They set the standards for how we behave, interact with others, make decisions, and choose to act. They are:

  • Think progressively
